Yes, I am finally the proud owner of my own KitchenAid Stand Mixer.
Patrick bought it for me along with this lovely kitchen scale:
He truly knows the way into this woman's heart. Or at least he knows the way to get freshly baked chocolate chip cookies every night for the next few weeks...
While it may seem as though my relentless greed for random kitchen appliances/devices may be sufficiently satisfied for awhile, it has actually only added fuel to the fire.
There are so many other things I want to stock my kitchen with, like this meat grinder attachment:
And this Le Creuset French Oven:
I also want my own pasta roller,
a food mill,
a mandoline,
... and this mortar and pestle:
And the greed doesn't stop there... I am also coveting some tart pans, ramekins, Madeleine pans, stainless steel mixing bowls, cookie cutters, bench scrapers, piping bags/tips, an ice cream maker...
I should probably go buy a lottery ticket.

ReplyDeleteFun! I am counting down the days (years?) until I own a KitchenAid. Did you see the beyond beautiful custom "Black Heels for Tractor Wheels"-designed mixers that Pioneer Woman is giving away. OMG! I loooooove kitchen gadgets. I still need to get me an immersion blender!
